So for the past 14 months I’ve been doing a nightly yoga routine. I’ve never actually mentioned it by name but tonight I will. It’s called DDP Yoga. I’m not affiliated with them, they’re not a sponsor or anything like that, I’m just a fan of their workouts.

When I originally started the workouts it was do 100 days continuously. Other 100 day challenges have followed the first one as well. I think we’re on the 4th or 5th one now. First one started a little late because of injury. Second was fine, somewhere along the line I was able to get my wife involved. This last one had me have that cardiac issue, so the last few weeks were mostly breathing exercises, with a couple standing workouts mixed in.

Today marked the first day of the newest 100 days, and I wanted more of a challenge than breathing, but I’ve been stiff the last few days so I did a seated workout, was mostly hoping to get some adjustments in my workout. Was close a couple times, but no pops. In any case we got our first day done. I think tomorrow we’re going to do a standing workout. I’m starting this 100 days at 284.2 lbs, I think with the cardiac scare and just trying to get healthier it’s time to start eating cleaner. No amount of exercise is gonna beat a bad diet. I now have my starting weight documented, interested to see where I’ll be in 100 days.
